Use of the Portal

The portal is provided for patient access to health-related services, care communication, scheduling, records, and related account features.

Account Responsibility

Patients are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for notifying support if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

Medical Emergencies

The portal is not intended for emergency medical needs. For emergencies, call emergency services or seek immediate in-person medical care.

Acceptable Use

Patients may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the portal for unlawful activity.

Changes

These terms may be updated as portal features and operational requirements change. Continued use of the portal means the current terms apply.
